Ok, So....Dial H for Homo!

So, as many of you figured out, or went to some other websites, Pod Is My Copilot (and Qcast, and We're Mean, and Live It Up! and Confessions of a Southern Boy) are all doing a spin off show where we can talk all things geek and not have to worry about our current cohosts muttering "dorks dorks dorks" under their breath. www.dialhforhomo.com is a new podcast starring Michael, Eric, Wes, Walt and me, Taylor, as we talk comic books, action figures, video games and celebrate our gomo-ness! We have a promo that Michael has submitted to iTunes (that sounds awesome) and are working to get the first episode out in the next few weeks. In the meantime, however, please be sure to add the blog above for more viewing pleasure and all around merriment. Oh, and I drew the hero up on the banner above. Yay me.
Also of note, this does not mean in any way shape or form that I am leaving PiMC. So, everyone (and by everyone I mean Taffy) relax.

Ok, So No More Podcasts!!!!
....For the next two weeks.I am building up a library of shows to listen to on my trip up to Philly in a few weeks. I am doing the drive myself, and figure the ride will be a little easier to swallow (that's what she said...whoa....) if I have some friends to listen to on the way. So, Kevin, Michael, PNS Guys, bTalk, Venus and Nicole, Rob and Sara, Ricky and Herbe, and even most of NPR...fret not! I will listen...it will just take me a while to get to you.
(I'm sure you'll ALL sleep SO much better knowing that.)
This is a lot harder than I thought - I haven't really listened to anyone for the last week or so, and when you get used to hearing people, it kinda freaks you out.....but I will be enjoying the shows while I am on I-95.

PiMC: Project Runway Review - Season 4, Episode 1
Not a regular episode, but a little sumpin sumpin to get your through if you are a fan of the Project Runway. Taffy and I talk about what we like, what we didn't like and....well, that's kinda it. Enjoy.(Listen to this and all our archived episodes at http://www.podismycopilot.libsyn.com/.)
(PS - I fucked up in editing and there is a small part about 2/3rds in where you can only hear my voice. It only goes on for 21 seconds, so don't worry, your iPod is fine.)

PiMC: Episode 10 - The John Goodman Chronicles...
It's a Beachcast, kittens! Taylor and Taffy head down to Clearwater, Florida for a free two night stay at a hotel (courtesy of Taylor's work), and they bring Lola Lafayette and Drum Riley Calhoun along for the ride. We ramble on for quite a while, talking about topics like John Goodman (not the actor...it will make sense), Judy Blume, 70s Soap Operas, Gorilla Salads and Clean Workspaces, Favorite Words, and yet another story that makes Taylor look crazy. Welcome our two first guest co-hosts, won't you? We are stong...we are in invincible, we are Pod Is My Copilot....(Oh, and look for Rodan in next week's episode) Music: Brain Bukit: Run Rabbit/The Chase.if you would like to listen to the podcast directly - go here: http://podismycopilot.libsyn.com/rss . You can listen to all back episodes here - just click on the little headphone icon....

Ok, so updates on stuff

Well, first of all, I hope that Taffy will join me in recording a new podcast in the next night or so to discus...well, whatever it is we discuss every day when on the phone...
Secondly, Mikka Ann posted a new review on iTunes. We lost a star, because we didn't have one of ours. She missed Taffy...as did Rodan and I...but as I said, fret not, because we will have Taffy back (not) soon enough.
Thirdly, we got an email!!!! (podismycopilot@gmail.com you know, in case you wanted to send us something...) Mr. Bee from
Qcast Conneticut sent us an email after I got talkng to him on the How Much Do We Love? forums. I checked out his last show, taped on St. Paddy's Day - it was a lot of fun to listen to, unlike ANOTHER new podcast I tried....well, I'll leave that one alone for now... Anyway, if you like what you hear with us, I can't recommend enough trying out these two great podcasts...
E-mail US!!!!
