Taffy and I were talking on the way back from the Fringe Festival the other night about videos from when we were kids, and one that used to scare the hell out of me (I was 9, I think) was the video for the song "Icehouse" by the band Icehouse from their album...you guessed it...Icehouse. I found the video online. It's cheesy now, but this video was the reason my father said we couldn't watch MTV anymore. Granted, that declaration lasted about a week, but still.

Ironcially, Icehouse came back in the late 80s with one of my FAVORITE songs from High School, Crazy. Nice Mullet.

You all may have noticed that the updates on my walks stopped a few weeks ago. Between Babaloo's health issues, my mother's visit (of which we will talk on tonight's taping, believe THAT!) and general laziness, I haven't been training for the walk like I said I was going to. With less than a month to go, and temperatures here in Florida having increased to, well, the surface of the sun, I am quickly feeling unprepared and need to kick things up in high gear.

Also, hoping to see Iron Man 2 this afternoon after my walk...and I have charting to finish up (womp womp wooooomp.)

Here is my blood sugar over the last few months...which I had to RE-Add into the program after I restored my iTouch (stupidly) to help my sister out in trying to set up her iPod the other night.....

I've come close to getting in the green bar a couple of times, but I'm still not quite there...
