So, I, in theory, did a 5 k tonight. The pace thing listed above threw me off my game when I got home. I KNOW that I walked faster tonight then I did yesterday, but according to the little chart thing on my Nike+ page, it says I had two times where I stopped walking. Nay, I say! I didn't stop once. But I guess this thing doesn't lie. I need to walk faster. I walked for 81 minutes tonight, and if they were going by km instead I would be in great shape - 16 minutes a km. But the challenge people want you to walk 18 minutes a mile.
(Doing math on notepad)
18 minutes a mile times 3.1 miles equals 54 minutes and change!?? Holy fuck!
In other news, my workout playlist is apparently in alphabetical order by name, and tonight we got to the Cher songs, of which I apparently have 7,349...and I think it played all of them. God help me when I get to Madonna.

I run half marathons and LOVE my nike ipod thing for training. That said, dont always believe it. I ran on a track yesterday that I know for a fact is .21 miles per lap. I ran 6 laps before my ipod told me I was at 1 mile. According to my ipod I ran 3 miles in 29 minutes. I figured it up and I actually ran 3.57 miles in 29 minutes. Anyways, just wanted to let you know so you aren't too hard on yourself if the results it lists aren't exactly what you expected. (All that said, I have been using mine for like 9 months and still pretty much swear by it. Even with the flaws you can't beat it for $30.)
Love the podcast!

I saw the title only in my google reader. I thought you were "walking with Cher" as some people "walk with the Lord." A new religion was nearly born, founded on someone to take away the heartache, to take away the loneliness...
