Ok so...I give you the "French Vanilla/Dark Chocolate Swirl Cake"

2 1/2 cups cake flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 cups sugar
3 1/2 ounces semisweet or bittersweet dark chocolate, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups cold water

2 1/4 cups Cake flour ( this is a must, do not substitute regular flour)
1 1/2 cups Sugar
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Salad oil
1 cup Milk
1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon flavor (in this case, vanilla extract)*
2 Eggs, (separated)

Mix each mixture in seperate bowls, pouring at the same time into pan, then "swirl" with a toothpick
Bake at 350* for about 30 min (watch the vanilla side)
