Ok So...Shit just got real...

It came to my attention this morning that someone who bore my likeness was featured on a website promoting hate and ignorance.
The "Florida Family Association"
 (read: we love jesus and hate everyone else)
This group is hosting a fund raiser to raise money for a banner to fly over Walt Disney World for the week leading up to Gay Days that will act as a visual warning to families that Gay Days is fast approaching and God fearing families should avoid the parks at all costs.... on this website, they feature pics of patrons of passed gaydays as a way to propagate their fear and intolerance of GLBT families.

I immediately had my attorney send them a cease and assist letter stating that my, as well as the images of others be removed  ASAP, as we had not signed any papers that allowed our image or likeness to be used. Even though this is a public forum, and the pics were legally obtained, the persons pictured in the pics are being used to solicit funds, without their written consent, which is illegal in the state of Florida...

Plus, I feel that I can speak for those pictured that they would most likely NOT want to support the funding of hate.

I urge you all to support The Walt Disney Company in their acceptance of all families. Please let them know that you support Gay Days!!!!!
