Ok so...Now maybe Taylor will want to eat there....

ST. PETERSBURG – Before you even turn on the TV Wednesday night to watch Tampa Bay's own Taco Bus star in "Man V. Food," make sure you get a burrito or taco to go from the yellow school bus to stave off cravings at home.

Viewers will need to feast on a Taco Bus delicacy as they feast their eyes on a Travel Channel profile of the little school bus that could.Rene Valenzuela's Taco Bus will be front and center on the popular cable TV food show at 9 p.m.

Here is the Travel Channel's description of Wednesday night's show: "Taco Bus owner Rene Valenzuela and Adam cook up some Beef Kabob Tacos."

The show features host Adam Richman at the stove cooking some of the Mexcian street food favorites that customers order at the bus.

Of course, as any Taco Bus foodie knows, Valenzuela runs two of his humble eateries in Tampa Bay – one at 913 East Hillsborough Ave. in Tampa and a new Bus at 2324 Central Ave. in St. Petersburg. Soon, a third Taco Bus will open.

Part of the Taco Bus appeal is its modest approach to cooking what Valenzuela describes as "authentic Mexican street food." Neither the Tampa or St. Pete eatery is a traditional restaurant
