Mozzarella and Strawberry Salad, courtesy of "So Easy" by Elie Kreiger. It was pretty good, but missing something - I think that the strawberries weren't quite sweet enough, but that's no one's fault but El Nino and the deep Florida freeze of 2010....

I always have some sort of fruit in my salad.. gives me a little sweetness. YUM!
