Congrats on getting an ipod touch. If you haven't found them yet, there are aps that tell you how long of a wait time there are for the lines at disneyworld. I have one for Disneyland. It's called Got Plans? But I believe it is only for Disneyland. If you google Disneyworld and wait time apps you'll find some for Disneyworld.
The only problem with the ipod touch is, you need wifi to run the apps. I'm not sure if Disneyworld has free wifi in the park or not.
