Okay, so one bite and you'd better have 911 on your speed dial. It comes with a side of aspirin and an emergency vehicle transporting you to the nearest emergency room to rescue your life from the heart attack you are having. I think that I hear my arteries clogging up just looking at it. You'd have to have a large mouth to eat that sandwich. And a large mouth would be good for...?
