Ok so...a few weeks ago...as I mentioned on the podcast...my co-workers and I were doing an off-site planning meeting.
During this meeting we were supposed to review our 'vulnerabilities' well...after the last time we shared 'vulnerabilities' and my peers decided to roast me like a stuck pig...our leadership consultant decided that maybe we needed to do some personality testing...
We did a program called True Colors...
Turns out I'm a Green...
Apparently that means:

Now after we completed the test...whenever I would suggest something or recommend a new process...people would say...that is just his Green showing...and would pretty much dismiss it. That is until we started to talk about how to save the company some money...then my services were very much in demand...funny how that works...LOL

I was gold, second green. I took this at work also, my results didn't change much.
