It is the video of pictures of me throughout the last year chronicling my weight lose. While some of the pictures are h-o-r-r-i-b-l-e... They represent what I looked like (although I do remember thinking I was looking good on some of those days) (delusion thy name is Taffy) (and if you look closely you will see Tank)

I remember when the pics were taken and thought I looked pretty good then. Now I look at them and want to cry.
