Ok so...Johnny

Okay so...I watched the video below for about the tenth time today during our BOE 2008 kickoff...and I think the video is really sweet...and something that is missing from most Customer Service interactions...however...it is hokey

That was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for posting that. I wish that more of us can be like Johnny. It is amazing how something very simple like dropping a slip of paper with a saying on it in grocery bags really can impact a whole community.
