Well during the session we had to discuss the qualities that made us an asset to the team and the quality that made us a detriment...when they got to me...the conversation lasted an HOUR a whole hour talking about how I'm not sensitive enough to people's feelings when I propose changes to the organization.
Now I was very gracious during this discussion...and I certainly can be a bit pushy when I have a good idea that could save the BOE Phone Company money. Eventually my VP told everyone that they needed to be more open to change and give my ideas a chance....grrrr.
For the record...I have already saved the company $2.5M for 07/08 and I've only been here 6 months.
And...And...they all forgot about my birthday.
