I'm starting to get myself packed to visit the land of the Heat Miser
Don't get me wrong...LA ain't exactly the land of the Polar Bear, however, there is a certain amount of layering that I've gotten used to...and well...FL doesn't exactly require any Fleece or sweaters...
...oh well. So I'm actually kinda nervous to be heading to the homeland after these last few months away. The last time I was in FL, I caught my husband with another man...stoopid twink...and the last time I saw my family I was barely off of bed rest from the Frankenfoot incident.
So Rodan had a 3-pack of Sonic's cheesecake bites after getting his haircut and now I think I'm ready to pack up Riley (why won't he just lay down in that damn suitcase) and get on the road tomorrow at 5am.
Wish me luck...I'm sure I'll be blogging from the wonderful land of Lake County - QCast...I may come a calling!

I hope that you have a safe trip. I know what the cold is like after growing up in New Jersey. Now that I live in Nashville it is not so bad. I sure could use some global warming right about now.
