...Was said to me last night. I was finishing up a visit with a client I have seen for well over a year now since her husband died. She is raising her 7 year old son by herself, and, I think, doing a great job of it. Anywho, at the end of the visit, she brought me out a small bag with an few small Christmas gifts in them. The first thing I pulled out was a journal, which she said she got because I recommended journaling to her a while back, and she thought that it would be nice to get me one. The other gift was a tin of lifesaver candies. Now, I love the lifesavers (am I the only one who actually searches for lime?), and was thrilled to get this tin (shaped as a lifesaver.) And then she said, "Well, considering how much you have helped our family this year, we thought it would be appropriate."I'm tearing up just thinking about it. I'm such a pussy.
Tell people in your lives how much they mean to you. No one ever gets tired of hearing nice things about themselves. (Well, except me sometimes, but that's because I'm a freak.)

LOVE the lime ones! They have always been my favorite flavor. We'd fight for the green ones. LOL
I think that what that lady gave you was not only sweet but very thoughtful. It sometimes is more than just the gift that we get, it is the thought behind it that makes it special. I am glad that you got that too.
