Ok, So Wow...Two Days In A Row.....Who'dathunk?

So I went to the gym again tonight. Yay me.

I did 40 minutes of cardio with back and leg stuff in the middle. Walking back up the stepts to get to all the cardio stuff SUCKED - They were SHAKING! I thought about going home, but opted to try and stick it out (that's what she said), and do 15 minutes on the bike, which I did. While watching BAD BAD music videos and Oprah with bee antaennas on her head promoting Bee Movie and CNBC.

Anyway, making this a tradition, here is the songs I worked out to....

Good for you. I've started taking my dog for longer walks everyday instead of the, just long enough so he can do his business routine. Keep it up!!!
