Ok, So, A glimpse into Taylor The Latte Boy, Circa 1991.....

So my senior year of high school, I was in World Lit With Film, an honors class that not only studied the core cirriculum, but also used movies and styles of movies to expand on that education. It was by far one of my most favorite classes in my education career. Not only did we learn about movies (I had to do a term paper critically interpreting Ingmar Bergman's The Seventh Seal), but at the end of the year our big project was to create a music video, which would be played for the senior class duing what was called the Bishop Eustace Film Festival.

Unfortunately, the song my group picked was "From A Distance" by Bette Midler, which makes me want to jab an exacto knife in my eye every time I hear it. But I digress..

Anyway, for some reason I decided to look up Bishop Eustace on the YouTube and found a video from last year's film festival. It is AMAZING! Done to the Rodrigo y Gabriela's Diablo Rojo, it is a crazy western which shows how easy it is to creat a movie nowadays on a computer and make it look awesome. Plus, at the end, you can totally see the school I went to, including a couple of the teachers I had when I was there (looking older, of course). Please watch the whole way though - it's 7 minutes long total, but SO worth it.
