Ok, so Even though I can't have milk...


1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup Splenda Spoonful

1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt6 tablespoons stick butter, softened

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine flour, Splenda, semi sweet chocolate chips, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Beat butter, applesauce, eggs and vanilla until blended. Stir in combined flour mixture until blended.
Spread batter in sprayed 8-inch square baking pan. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 18 to 20 minutes or until top springs back when gently touched. Cool completely on wire rack.


This recipe has only 3 carbs per 2x2 inch brownie... and now I am going to take a moment for myself...

For those of us not counting carbs, but rather calories, fat and fiber, what are the other nutritional values?

Weight Watchers exchange is 1/2 bread and 2 fats. I hope you know what all of that means. They are also 125 calories each.

Who eats a 2x2 inch brownie? That's like, just a taste! But I will definitely try a 8x8 size. Thank you!
