Ok, So, Ummmm

My hot water heater was sparking this morning. I went out in the dark (ish - It was 7am, but was raining very hard outside) to the garage to get some clothes out of the dryer, when I hear a zzzt zzzt zzzt noise - kinda like when I bug gets caught in a jar. I look over to where the noise is coming from, and I see a little tiny spark, where the wire meets the actual heater. Needless to say, I'm concerned. I called Mr. Drum Riley Calhoun, who talked me off the proverbial ledge and said that apparently sometimes the hot water heater sparks when it gets wet.....but I didn't see where it was wet, so a repairman is on his way out to check on it and tell me I'm crazy and everything's fine. Maybe I'll get lucky and he'll be cute and it will be like a scene out of a porn movie....But, knowing my luck, this will be my porn star plumber.....
