Ok, so are you kidding me?!?!

So, I landed in Philly early this morning. The weather is great (60s) and my family is all doing well, in spite of my mom's knee, which isn't as bad as I was expecting.

Then, it happened.

I started to get a tingling in my leg - not so much a tingling, but a tightness. Like when I started to get...you guessed it...the cellulitis 6 weeks ago. I am trying to not panic, and am thinking that maybe it is more of a circulation thing because of sitting in the plane for a couple of hours. I'm not in pain (yet), and it is more of a tightness than anything. I called my doctor down in St Pete who said that given how fast the cellulitis onset LAST time, that I should probably go someplace and get checked out. There is some slight heat at the opposing area of where I am feeling discomfort. (I am feeling the tightness in the back of my lower leg, near my ankle, but I am feeling the heat on the front of my leg.

I am hoping that I am just panicking for nothing. I took some of my mom's antibiotics that she had laying around (don't start...), and am going to keep it elevated for a little while. If the discomfort continues to increase, then I may try and find a walk in clinic someplace and get some heavy duty antibiotics.

This sucks.

quit taking your mom's antibiotics...they won't help you if you're dealing with celulitis that in the past you have needed IV antibiotics for. And go to the damn doctor! IT could be Deep Vein Thrombosis too - another thing not to mess around with. Are you glad I'm a pre-PA student???

Or you can call me "NO FUN GIRLFRIEND".

Dear above writer...While I am sure that we are all supposed to be focusing on Taylor, I need you to understand that I am the only "No FUN GIRLFRIEND" that he shall have.
