PiMC: Episode 13 - ...Was The Stench of Skank...

We FINALLY have the sound quality figured out....for now. Taffy, Taylor, and Rodan talk about QCast Ct, The Sopranos finale and the future of HBO, Taffy's Wii, Taylor's Wii, Taffy's Birthday, how Taylor and Taffy do their best Notorius B.I.G impressions, Rodan's move to Louisiana, Taylor annoys Rodan with a Ted Knight impression over and over and over again, and...well, other stuff. Note: The roving wiicast we talked about playin at the end of the episode will be a special episode later on in the week. The file was just too big for our feed. Sorry!

  2. "In walk black people and you think they are here to rob the place"-Taylor

I think that you need to be more socially aware than that. Coming from a gay man, I would think you would not embrace steryotypes.

  3. We at PODISMYCOPILOT love everyone! And would never think of trying to promote any kind of steryotype. Except of course that fat people are funny...

  4. "Twinkies and wine? That's real class, Jan."

I'm surprised that Taylor and Taffy didn't recognize the OTHER travel benefit to going to Louisiana to visit Rodan - you can see where "Steel Magnolias" was filmed.

Clarke - given the consistent portrayal of African-Americans on "The Sopranos" over the years, I think Taylor's comment was totally justified.

  5. Hey Clarke (and anyone else I may have offended)

I do truly apologize if you were offended by my remarks. I was not making a broad statement on African Americans with my comment. I just meant that the way they filmed the final scene, you were just WAITING for something to happen to Tony and his family, and as Michael said, the portrayal of African Americans on the show usually involved them committing a crime.

Again, didn't mean to offend. Gald to have you as a listener and hope you keep listening to us. Well, Me and Rodan....

  6. Itunes only provided me with the first 12 seconds of the show. What's up with that?
