Ok so...Finally

Okay so...as we have discussed on the blog before...I have a lot of DVDs...a few over 1100. The Sprout and I have watched almost 800 of those titles. Never...ever...I have found a DVD set too horrible to watch, hence the jokes about me watching Gummi Bears or Mr Belvedere The Deluxe Butler edition. I always find something enjoyable about every title...even if it is to mock its poor construction.

That is until now. A few months ago I got into the habit of buying DVDs purely to complete animated sets and one of those acquisitions was called Groovie Goolies.
Normally I can appreciate toons that are so bad that they are good. Unfortunately this is not one of those times. The show is about a bunch of monsters at the Horrible Hall...they play 70's folk/pop music, tell bad jokes (OLEOs)...there is virtually no story...no explanation of the characters. It is insufferable...even for me!

So I sit here conquered by a DVD that I can no longer watch and no amount of Vicodin will make watchable. Do I just move it to the watched pile...do i try to pawn it off on EBay to another sucker trying to collect crap?

Hmmm...

Either Way...NEXT!

I think MoneyPit is in the queue next! LOL
