
The Californication actor, (which now, sadly, carries a whole different connotation), told Peoplein a statement that he, "ask[s] for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family."
This situation comes on the heels of a less than extraordinary performance for the actor's summer movie, The X-Files: I Want to Believe.
Californication, for which he won a Golden Globe, is set to premiere its second season on Sept. 28. (Reposted from TVGuide.com)
...ummm...really? I can't imagine Tea Leoni (I'm too lazy to add the symbols over her name) getting pounded by David Duchovny let alone so often it counts as a dysfunction...hmmmm...what do you think?
