Okay so...I hadn't been to the gym since Monday mostly because of the off-site leadership meeting I was in all week...
However...when I went to the gym...I was expecting to see this equipment...you know the trusted tried and true machines and free weights...
This is a picture of the lovely Monroe Athletic Club...or as I like to call it...the Club...so I can feel fancy
And now they have put in all this TechnoGym equipment...
some of the equipment is so bizarre...I wasn't even sure where to sit...and it forces you into a new range of motion that is definitely ass kicking...I'm going to be sore tomorrow...and I don't even have a date tonight!

Too bad the "equipment" in Photo No. 3 could not be found at The Club, but it is Monroe (aka "Hell"). If so, The Rodan would be sore for reals. Rodan will take one, please.
Photo No. 1: Industrial look = Klassy
Photo No. 4: Mahoghany paneling = Classy in a mansion library. but not in a sweaty gym. Just sayin'
